Rite Aid/Revlon Haul

Long time no blog  and Happy Friday (the 13th^^) Today I picked up some beauty items from my local Rite Aid because they have 40% off sale all Revlon cosmetics! I thought I'd take advantage of this opportunity to try something I've been wanted to try... so here they are!

from left to right:  (except Skittles ha ha ha they're 2$1 so I grabbed these :D)

Revlon Nail Enamel (Scented Parfume) in Fig Jam
I instantly fall in love with this shade, so so so beautiful. It's a warm rose/peach/coppery gold with very fine shimmers, gorgeous! Also, it's scented, which is nice as I haven't tried any scented nail polishes (: I swatched on one of my fingers right after I got home, LOVE! It has a sweet candy scent and dries pretty quickly though I was mainly sold by the gorgeous color!

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in 080 Strawberry Shortcake
I know, it's been a while since this came out. I've read so many reviews and had a mix feeling about this lip butter. Since it's on sale, I thought I should at least give it a try (:

Revlon 24 hrs Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup in 200 Sand Beige
I've seen quite many good reviews on Youtube and thought this might worth trying. I haven't purchased any drugstore foundations in the past. For 3 main reasons: 1) I felt that foundations are more closed to the face so I tend to buy from higher end/department stores (like Make UP For Ever, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Shiseido, etc); 2) One 1 oz/30 ml foundation will usually last almost a year for me, so I don't mind spending a bit more; 3) There're no testers to try (in the US), so it's difficult to find a perfect foundation shade for my face. Even with this 24hrs whipped creme one, I also had a hard time picking the right shade for my face, will see how this goes on me....!!!

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in 015 Cherish and 010 Darling
Again, saw many pretty great reviews about this balm stain. The other day I saw a magazine ad with Emma Stone wearing Darling and it's gorgeous so I wanted to try this one^^

I'll do more swatches and reviews on these in the future posts....so stay tuned ♥ and have a wonderful weekend! ^_^
