Their promotion is completely misleading.
ReplyDeleteI just placed an order, eager to use the 40% coupon to get some gifts for a baby shower. Little did I know that although the Friends and Family e-mail said the discount was sitewide, and the banner on the landing page says Sitewide, the promotion is NOT sitewide. I searched all over for a list of exceptions or even a caveat in the advertising that pointed this out and found NONE. This is misleading advertising.
When I call customer service to cancel my order I was told I was unable to cancel my order even though barely 2 hours had passed since its submission. So now I am going to have to pay shipping to return all of this as well.
I am never purchasing from them again.
