My First LUSH Haul!

Finally there's a LUSH store opened near me! I have been wanting to try their products, but was hesitated and overwhelmed since there are sooo many things and I really have no idea what to choose from and what to try first. So I did browse through LUSH website and read some reviews here and there before heading to store. When I was physically in LUSH store, still I was overwhelmed, but better. My first impression going into a LUSH store: the smell was just amazing, and they have so many cute, colorful and fun products. I have to admit, although I am not a "green green" person, I really like the concept of naked products, that is,  solid products with zero packaging, great for our living environment!! Everything is freshly handmade, and I seriously want the whole store............!!! ha ha

So here are what I got:

Honey I Washed the Kids Soap

This is one of LUSH's best-selling soaps and I can see why. I have used it for almost 2 weeks and I really really like it. The smell is so yummy, honey, toffee, and hint of floral. It lathers pretty well with the use of loofah.

What LUSH said: Honey I Washed the Kids is one of our best-selling soaps because it's simply irresistible. People who fully intended to walk pasta LUSH shop find themselves unable to resist its sweet caramel fragrance. You'll inhale, drool, pick up a big chunk and immediately want to wash yourself all over with it. It's so gentle, buttery and scrumptious you'll have a hard time keeping it to yourself. The honey water and aloe are so softening and moisturizing, you can use our toffee-scented sensation on the whole family.

Seanik Solid Shampoo

Yes, you read it correctly. This is a solid shampoo bar. And those black little things are seaweed. This to me looks like blue rice with seaweed XD ha ha ha  I haven't used this one yet, but it supposed to boost your hair volume. And I can't wait to try this next time I shampoo.

What LUSH said: Solid, seaweed shampoo for shine and body. Soften tangled locks and add oceans of shine with this mineral-rich, sea salt volumizing shampoo. Like a trip to a blue lagoon, Seanik is made with the best ingredients from the sea; softening Irish moss seaweed, and Japanese nori seaweed to make your hair soft as silk from root to tips, and sea salt to give body and volume to hair that;s fallen flat. One seriously sexy shampoo, we added lemon oil for extra shine, and the exotic far eastern fragrance of sensual mimosa and jasmine oils to bathe you in the heady scent of tropical flora all day long.

NEW! Solid Shampoo

This New! shampoo is for stimulating hair growth/hair thinning. After giving birth to my little baby, I am now experiencing postpartum hair loss. Every time I shampoo, my hair sheds like craaaaazy!!! like a disaster *_* I know hair will grow back around 6-12 months postpartum, I still have couple shedding months to go >_< and seriously need something to stimulate hair growth. I have used this once so far. It has a cinnamon and minty scent. I am usually not a big fan of cinnamon scent, but this one is quite calming and the cinnamon scent wasn't that strong when shampoo.

What LUSH said: There's nothing new about our stimulating cinnamon and clove shampoo bar. But, it is incredibly effective at giving you thicker, shinier hair and invigorating your scalp. When stress or life goes to your head, our shampoo will encourage hair growth and motivated tired scalps with spice and mint oils. It's intense, (in the best possible way), but works wonders on irritated scalps or hair that's thinning. Rosemary and nettle herbs rejuvenate, and make your hair shiny and soft as a feather. All of this, in one little beautifully fragranced spice bar; are you ready for a NEW shampoo?

Jungle Solid Conditioner

How cute is this! I have used this once after the NEW! shampoo and my hair smelled amazing! It has a nice fruity scent, yet not too strong. Solid shampoo and cool. They're leak-free and space-saving products!

What LUSH said: tame your mane with our solid fruity conditioner filled with an abundance of fresh fruit and conditioning cocoa butter. Helen Ambrosen was the first person to make a solid conditioner work. She discovered that cocoa butter will slide on to your hair to make it softer, and then dissolve in water to leave it soft, shiny, and smooth. Jungle feels different on your hair than liquid conditioner in the best possible way; until you wash it off you hardly notice it's there. It smoothes and detangles, leaving a fruity coat of shininess.

Ickle Baby Bot Bath Bomb

So cute!!! The scent of this bath bomb is so relaxing. Lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood together makes a very soothing and relaxing bath for my toddler. I really like it!

What LUSH said: Relaxing robot bath bomb to battle baby insomnia. If you're looking to rewire your little one's energy panel so you both can get some sleep, draw them a warm bath instead of warming up milk. Ickle Baby Bot has been designer to mesmerize the senses with ray guns of lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood. These sleep-inducing essential oils are nature's cure for insomnia and calming restless babes.

 The Comforter Bubble Bar

I have read great reviews about this bubble bar so I picked this up. I haven't used this one yet, the smell of this bubble bar alone is so good, blackcurrant, fruity, sweet.

What LUSH said: When life is getting you down, crumble The Comforter under hot, running water for passionately purple water and creamy, comforting bubbles. This massive slice of vibrant fruitiness gives you the feeling of being enveloped in a warm hug and gently consoled by the friendly fruity aroma of blackcurrant candy. It was created to bring a real sense of comfort to people, just like a real comforter would. Snuggle in, and stay undercover until you're ready to face the world once again. Even better, each bar creates two baths of fruity comfort.
